About

 Edna started her career in 1991 at the South America affiliates of Best Foods International (Unilever today) . She held various positions at the company; as coordinator, computer programmer, analyst, and systems engineer. She performed analysis, design, development, implementation of software, business planning control systems and processes optimization. She traveled throughout the company's South America affiliates providing implementation and training.   

In 2000, Edna was employed by American Quarter Horse Association Headquartered in Amarillo, TX as a Programmer Analyst. Edna’s career path changed in 2001 when  she was invited to join Dale Carnegie Training. In 2009, after years of experience in the people's development industry as a trainer and coach, Edna was endorsed  and certified as a Bilingual (English-Spanish) performance consultant and trainer in Vancouver, Canada and Austin, TX. Two years later, she received an offer to join Training and Development Australia. She now operates as an independent contractor through her business.   

In  2015, Edna founded People's Success Consulting and Development with her  mission to help companies and individuals through personable, innovative, and customized solutions tailored to their specific challenges and/or to optimize business results. 

People's Success Consulting and Development provides analysis, consulting, customized design, development of training, and delivery of in-house workshops, combined with additional cloud-based systems and support.
