Hi, I’m Edna — and People Are My Work.

Every organization rises or falls on the strength of its leadership and the systems that support it.

At People’s Success, I help leaders see clearly, communicate effectively, and align their people with purpose — so organizations can perform at their best without burning out the people who make them run.

I bring more than 20 years of experience across the Americas, blending systems engineering, behavioral insight, and leadership development into a practical, data-led consulting model that creates measurable change.

Experience & Expertise

From Systems Engineer to Human Systems Consultant.

My career started in technology as a Systems Engineer in Bogotá, Colombia, leading application implementation for South American affiliates of Best Foods International.

When I moved to the U.S. in 1999, I continued in software and analyst roles — until I realized the real problems inside organizations were never about technology.

They were about people.

For the past two decades, I’ve worked with leaders, managers, and teams across the U.S., Central America, and South America to:

  • Understand the root causes behind culture, communication, and performance issues

  • Strengthen trust, retention, and team alignment

  • Develop leaders who can communicate under pressure

  • Navigate organizational change with clarity and resilience

  • Build systems that support long-term, sustainable growth

My background in engineering enables me to view organizations as complex systems.

My work in leadership development enables me to see the people within those systems — and help them work in harmony.

Philosophy & Purpose

Why I Do This Work

Every employee carries a story.
Every leader carries responsibility.
And every organization carries the weight of the space in between.

My purpose is to help leaders close that gap — by building workplaces where people feel seen, aligned, and capable of doing their best work. When people thrive, organizations follow.

Guiding Principles

  • Awareness creates change.

  • Communication builds trust.

  • Alignment drives performance.

These principles shape everything I do, from executive coaching to large-scale organizational consulting.
