Assessments are selected after the diagnostic conversation and based on your goals, challenges, and context.

We don’t offer self-serve assessments because the value comes from interpretation and application — not from taking the test.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes.

The 30-minute consultation is free and focused on understanding your goals and current challenges.

After that conversation, Edna will recommend the appropriate diagnostic approach.

What happens after the consultation?

Accepted Answer

If we’re a good fit, the next step is the Diagnostic phase, which includes assessments, interviews, and data gathering to understand what’s really happening inside your organization.

From there, Edna builds a customized development plan aligned with your strategic goals.
