Frequently Asked Questions
We use a structured consulting process that includes Discovery, Diagnostic work, Design, Development, and Data Review.
Every engagement is customized, but the path is always the same.
You can learn more about the process on our Solutions page.
No. Assessments are selected after the diagnostic conversation and based on your goals, challenges, and context.
We don’t offer self-serve assessments because the value comes from interpretation and application — not from taking the test.
Explore our Assessment Toolkit to see the tools Edna uses.
Yes.
The 30-minute consultation is free and focused on understanding your goals and current challenges.
After that conversation, Edna will recommend the appropriate diagnostic approach.
If we’re a good fit, the next step is the Diagnostic phase, which includes assessments, interviews, and data gathering to understand what’s really happening inside your organization.
From there, Edna builds a customized development plan aligned with your strategic goals.
Both.
We work with:
Leadership teams
Departments
Small and mid-sized companies
Large organizations with multiple layers of management
State, federal, and enterprise-level clients
The process scales because the problems are the same: awareness, communication, and alignment.
Great — but we still start with a Discovery conversation.
Edna will determine how to integrate your existing tools into the diagnostic process or whether additional assessments are needed for clarity.
Yes — but they’re not offered as stand-alone products on the website.
Training, workshops, and development sessions are only recommended after the diagnostic phase, so they directly address your actual needs, not assumed ones.
Yes.
Executive coaching is part of the Development phase and can also be offered as its own engagement when appropriate.
Coaching pages and details are provided directly to clients after the diagnostic conversation.
Most consulting engagements fall into one of these ranges:
3 months – focused leadership or communication priorities
6 months – culture alignment, team development, or mid-size transformations
12+ months – large organizations, multi-team systems, or enterprise-level work
The length depends on your goals and the depth of change needed.
Yes.
